Travelling in our Gypsy Vardo /Wagon, a real tiny house on wheels!
Enjoying our pan baked bread with salad for lunch today, cooked with olive oil, rather than butter, this gives the bread a so delicious taste & texture. Dipped in olive oil on the side of our plate of salad also when we are eating. One of our salad dressings that we use is made of fresh ginger that is pounded in the mortar & pestle & covered with honey in a jar, then left for a couple of weeks to soak, very palatable & great used as a brew for health.
Yesterday our bread was made with olive oil, celery seed & dried parmesan cheese formed into a plait.
